Washington Minimum Wage 2025 State. Every year after, starting in 2026, the city minimum wage will be set at $2.00. Washington state’s minimum wage will rise to $16.66 an hour next year, a 2.35% increase over 2024, the state department of labor & industries announced.
Effective january 1, 2025, washington state will increase its minimum wage and salary level thresholds for exempt employees. The increase will bring the minimum wage to $16.66.
